Terms and Conditions for the Luxury Lifestyle Travel Agency Loyalty Program App

Welcome to the Loyalty Program of Luxury Lifestyle Vacatons (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our”, or “Agency”). By participating in our Loyalty Program and using our app (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App or participate in our Loyalty Program.

## 1. Eligibility
1.1 **Age Requirement:** You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our Loyalty Program and use the App. By participating, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2 **Registration:** To join the Loyalty Program, you must complete the registration process within the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 **Account Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

## 2. Earning Rewards

4.1 **Program Changes:** We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, App, or any of its features, including changes to points earned or redemption options at any time, with or without notice.
4.2 **Termination of Membership:** We reserve the right to terminate your membership and forfeit all accumulated points if we find any fraudulent activities, violations of the Terms, or abuse of the Loyalty Program.

## 5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 **Data Collection:** By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
5.2 **Communications:** By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, you consent to receive promotional communications from us regarding your membership, offers, or other updates. You may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 **No Warranty:** Our Loyalty Program and App are provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information in the App.
6.2 **Liability Limitation:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App or participation in the Loyalty Program.

## 7. Governing Law
7.1 **Applicable Law:** These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
7.2 **Dispute Resolution:** Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Loyalty Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of JAMS in Florida.
